Man arrested for filming the Dark Knight

Taking over £30 million in one day was not the only success for the makers of the latest Batman film had, as a man was arrested as sat there filming the screening, while others watched the film over the weekend.

The staff at the cinema in the US saw the man with what looked like a video camera, filming the screening. They are under instructions not to approach anyone doing this sort of thing and to simply inform the police, which they did.

The police could only confirm that they had arrested a forty year old man who had recorded the film. Since the arrest police have searched the mans home, where they found many pirated films already on DVD.

This is clearly a victory for the film makers against those who make the pirated copies of new and popular films.
