Sending emails when drunk

It is one of those things when you are either working ever so late or you have been out for a drink with the lads and you send “that” email. It may not be rude or anything like it, but it could cost you your job or put an end to your long term relationship.

But users of Gmail will be able to rest easy for the guys over at Google have come up with a gem of an idea it’s called Mail Goggles and it could save you from sending that embarrassing email and all of the consequences that would follow.

You can adjust the settings for this service to fit into your working life, but it is does is asks you if you really want to send that email due to the time of day or at the weekend etc. A pop up will ask a series of simple maths questions if you are sober then the email will be sent.
