Conficker day today

There are mixed messages coming out today from the computer security industry, it has been well publicised that there could be a return of the infamous Conficker computer worm today April 1st, but because of the significance of today being “Fools Day” the message is divided.

Some believe that the worm will return with a vengeance using the April Fools Days cover as a way of getting into unsuspecting computer users systems, whereas on the other hand there are those that are saying the whole thing is a hoax.

This divide opinion is a nightmare for computer users who do not know which way to turn. Which in effect is causing chaos without the Conficker worm actually doing anything at all? It is the same old story the threat is more effective than actions.
